Deposit Only

Terms and Conditions:
1. By placing a deposit, I acknowledge and agree that it is non-refundable but may be transferred at the discretion of Dream Puppies Pet Store.
a. The deposit may be transferred if I choose to purchase a different dog, or if due to unforeseen extreme circumstances, the dog cannot be sold.
b. I understand that I can apply this deposit towards the purchase of another puppy from Dream Puppies Pet Store, subject to their approval.
2. If something occurs that results in the puppy no longer being available, Dream Puppies will provide a voucher equivalent to the deposit amount. This voucher can be used to select another dog from our kennel.
3. I acknowledge that the deposit will reserve the selected dog until it turns eight weeks old or until a mutually agreed upon date.
4. A deposit will ensure that the dog is no longer advertised, marketed, or promoted on our social media platforms, effectively reserving the puppy. However, it is important to understand that the dog does not become the customer's property until the final payment is received. Therefore, I acknowledge that the deposit does not guarantee ownership until full payment is made.
Spanish Translation- Términos y condiciones:
1. Al realizar un depósito, reconozco y acepto que el mismo no es reembolsable, pero puede ser transferido a discreción de la tienda de
mascotas Dream Puppies.
a. El depósito puede ser transferido si decido comprar un perro distinto, o si debido a circunstancias extremas imprevistas, el
perro no puede ser vendido.
b. Entiendo que puedo aplicar este depósito para la compra de otro cachorro de la tienda de mascotas Dream Puppies, sujeto a su
aprobación.
2. Si ocurre algo que resulte en la indisponibilidad del cachorro, Dream Puppies proporcionará un vale equivalente al monto del depósito.
Este vale puede ser utilizado para seleccionar otro perro de nuestro criadero.
3. Reconozco que el depósito reservará el perro seleccionado hasta que cumpla ocho semanas de edad o hasta una fecha acordada
mutuamente.
4. Un depósito garantizará que el perro ya no sea anunciado, promocionado ni promovido en nuestras plataformas de redes sociales,
reservando efectivamente al cachorro. Sin embargo, es importante entender que el perro no se convierte en propiedad del cliente hasta que se reciba el pago final. Por lo tanto, reconozco que el depósito no garantiza la propiedad hasta que se realice el pago completo.
